I worked with Stephanie on the sale of a previous home of mine. It was not an easy sale due to many needs on the property. Stephanie was patient with my learning curves and intuitive about my personal needs at the time as well as the market. She was skilled at intersecting the needs and communicating so that we had a great success in working through selling the property. She did again with the current property!

I can't say enough about Stephanie Birdsong in regards to these areas. She is everything anyone would need to work with on the sale of a property no matter how difficult. It's who she is. She conveyed right away that she cared about the outcomes for me and how things would fit into my busy life during the sale process and after. She cared about any disappointments I had along the way and was empathetic. She also gave me gentle but direct guidance as we moved along so that I could easily understand what was happening.

But Stephanie made sure to have it shown quite frequently during that time. The inspection process and contractual agreements were a breeze!
